Registration fees reflect standard ISfTE Conference rates.
Registration fees for Participants include ALL meals, social events, cultural activities, ISfTE membership fees, conference programming, and use of conference facilities.
Registration fees for Accompanying Persons include ALL meals, cultural activities and events, sightseeing tours (including entry fees and transfers), as well as specified events with conference delegates.
Developed Countries:
- Early Registration (extended to February 25, 2019): $1100 USD
- Regular Registration: $1200 USD
Developing Countries:
- Early Registration (extended to February 25, 2019): $800 USD
- Regular Registration: $900 USD
Accompanying Person(s):
- Early Registration (extended to February 25, 2019): $750 USD
- Regular Registration: $850 USD

Student Rates:
ISfTE 2019 offers limited student registration packages with optional conference programming selections (partial or full registration). Individuals who wish (and are eligible) to enrol as a student are directed to email isfte2019@gmail.com for a registration code. All student registrants must provide evidence of enrolment in a Graduate Program of Study.
Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellations received on or before Monday, April 8th will receive a full refund, minus a $150 cancellation fee and a non-refundable, 6% Eventbrite processing charge.
Cancellations received on or after Tuesday, April 9th are not eligible for a refund.

*Refunds cannot be granted for unattended events included in the registration fees.
